Graduate Programs at UMass Amherst

The University of Massachusetts Psychology Department offers training in several substantive areas, organized internally into four "divisions" described below. It also offers postdoctoral and clinical respecialization training.

• Behavioral Neuroscience makes up Division I. It offers graduate training only through the Neurocience Program, www.umass.edu/neuro
• Cognitive Psychology and Developmental Science constitute Division II.
• Social Psychology together with the Concentration in the Psychology of Peace and Violence make up Division III.
• Clinical Psychology constitutes Division IV
