He is best known for his theory of planned behavior which has been used to predict, explain, and modify behavior in such varied domains as health and safety, marketing, technology adoption, leisure and recreation, education, and family planning. His current research deals with anticipated affect as a determinant of intentions, and with the role of knowledge or accurate information in the formation of attitudes, intentions, and behavior. |
